$150,000 Insider Private Placement

Vancouver, BC, July 28, 2004. The Company is pleased to announce a private placement with a director of the Company for 300,000 Units at $0.50 per Unit for gross proceeds of $150,000. Each Unit consists of one common share and one Share Purchase Warrant. Each Share Purchase Warrant will entitle the holder to acquire an additional common share at $0.60 per share for a 2 year period from closing. The proceeds from the private placement will be used by the Company for resource exploration and for working capital. The foregoing is subject to regulatory approval.
