$1 Million Private Placement Arranged

Nu XMP Ventures Limited is pleased to announce that, subject to regulatory approval, it has arranged a non-brokered Private Placement of 4 million Units at $0.25 per Unit for gross proceeds of $1,000,000. Each Unit consists of one common share in the capital of the Company and one Share Purchase Warrant. Each Warrant entitles the holder to purchase an additional common share at $0.50 per share for a period of two years from the closing date of the Placement.
The proceeds from the Placement will be used to fund exploration on, and related obligations concerning, the Company's Dominion Creek Property, as well as fund investigation of, and the consummation of, other acquisition targets to further the prospects for the Company. The balance of the Placement proceeds will be added to working capital.
